1. Who are we?
Atlantic Circulation, Inc. is a processing center for direct sales of magazine subscriptions.
2. What do we do?
We contract with Sales Organizations to provide processing of sales orders and customer service for the Sales Organizations and their Independent Contractors.
3. When will I receive my magazine?
Although stated on your receipt to allow 120 days, often customers receive their magazine in 60 to 90 days.
4. I'm receiving the wrong magazine.
Contact Customer Service and they will correct the mistake.
5. I'm receiving 2 (two) copies of my magazine.
This generally happens when you renew a subscription. Contact Customer Service and please have both issues of the magazines available, we will need the information on the labels.
6. Can I change my magazine.
Yes, your magazine can be changed. Contact Customer Service
7. It has been 120 days and I'm not receiving my magazine.
Contact Customer Service and they will research the problem.
8. I've moved and need to change my address.
Contact Customer Service with your new address and they will pass the information on to the publisher. You also need to inform the Post Office so you will continue to receive your magazine until the publisher changes you mailing label. It typically takes 2 (two) issues for your mailing label to be changed.
9. The Sales Agent told me...
As stated on your sales receipt, verbal agreements are not honored. However, you may contact Customer Service and file a complaint.
10. Why did you cash my check?
When canceling your order we do our best to return your personal
check, occasionally we may miss the check.
11. How can I cancel my order?
Use one of these 2 (two) procedures. Remember, Saturday is included as a business day. Sign the back of your receipt and:
a) Mail one of the copies within 3 (three) business days to;

Unfortunately, we can not accept cancellations by email at this time.
12. I've canceled my order, when will I get my money back?
a) If you paid by cash, we will mail a refund check in 5 (five) to 7 (seven) business day after receipt of the cancellation request.
b) If you paid by check and we were able to match your check to your cancellation request before deposit, your check will be returned immediately.
c) If you paid by check and your check was deposited, we will mail a refund check 30 (thirty) days after your cancellation request. If you do not want to wait, mail or fax a copy of your cleared check.
